Become a cash agent

A cash agent is a physical location — a shop, a kiosk, a counter — where players walk in to top up their wallet with cash or pick up cash when they withdraw. Agents operate in Haiti only, and they earn fees on every transaction they handle.

Who can become an agent

Anyone in Haiti with a stable physical location and the capital to put up a cash collateral (the float) can apply. You need: a real, permanent address with a physical shop or counter that customers can visit; a registered Lotri Ayiti player account; enough cash to meet the minimum reserve; and a national ID for identity verification.

How to get onboarded

1. Register a normal Lotri Ayiti player account with your phone number if you don't already have one. 2. Contact the Lotri operator (phone, WhatsApp, or email) and ask to be onboarded as a cash agent. Give them your registered phone number and your shop's address, city and department. 3. Provide your location details — shop name, address, city, department, hours, and the GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude) of your location. Accurate coordinates are essential: they put you on the player map. 4. Lodge the float collateral. Transfer the cash collateral before the operator finalises onboarding. The amount must meet the platform minimum reserve. 5. Once the operator confirms your float and location, your account becomes an Active B&M agent. You appear on the player map and can start accepting cash deposits and paying out withdrawals immediately.

What you earn

Cash-out (withdrawal) fee: 3% of the amount the player withdraws (the platform takes 2%, you keep 3%). Cash-in (deposit) fee: paid by the platform — players pay no fee; you are compensated from platform commission. As a banker you also earn the stake on losing bets, net of the platform commission.
