Filing and resolving disputes
If a banker doesn't pay out, your numbers were entered wrong, or a bet wasn't accepted, file a dispute. Disputes are reviewed by Lotri Ayiti admins; the SLA is 48 hours for the first response and 5 business days for resolution.
When to file
- Banker did not pay out a winning bet - Wrong numbers on the receipt - Bet wasn't accepted at the counter - Settlement amount looks wrong
What to include
Attach photos of the receipt, the banker's location, or any screenshot that shows the issue. The more evidence you provide, the faster the admin can rule.
What happens next
An admin reviews within 48 hours and either resolves immediately, asks for more info (you'll see a notification), or escalates to senior review. Approved disputes get a wallet credit; denied disputes are explained in the resolution note.
