Withdrawing your winnings

Show a one-time QR or 6-digit code to any Lotri Ayiti cash agent and collect HTG in person. The QR is good for 15 minutes; if you don't make it, generate a fresh one — no harm done.

How it works

1. Open the Withdraw Cash page and pick an amount. 2. We generate a QR + 6-digit code valid for 15 minutes. 3. Show it to a cash agent. 4. The agent scans + counts out your cash. Confirm receipt on your phone.

Fees + limits

Collecting cash at a banker carries a 5% fee — 3% to the banker who hands you the cash and 2% to the platform. You see the exact split and the net amount you'll receive before you confirm. Withdrawing to your own MonCash or Natcom instead is instant and the platform takes no fee. Daily and weekly caps apply (see your Wallet page for the current limits).

Bonus money

Welcome bonus + referral bonus credits can only be spent on bets — they can't be withdrawn directly. Once your bets consume the bonus portion, the rest becomes withdrawable.
