BM cash-out
Pick up cash at a banker. How it works, the 5% fee split, and what to bring.
How it works
Lotri Ayiti lets you cash out your wallet balance into physical cash at any active banker on the platform. You decide an amount in the app, the app gives you a one-time 6-digit code, you take that code to any banker in our network, they verify it on their side and hand you the cash, and your wallet is debited in the same instant. The cash itself comes from the banker's own till — Lotri Ayiti settles with the banker behind the scenes.
Step by step
Wallet → Withdraw Cash → enter the amount you want.
The wizard shows the net cash you'll receive (e.g. HTG 285 on a HTG 300 request) plus the two fees that make up the difference. Nothing is hidden — what you see here is what you'll get.
Tap Confirm. You get a 6-digit code valid for 30 minutes. The code is the only thing the banker needs.
Show the code on your phone. They scan or type it, hand you the cash, you're done. The whole counter interaction takes under a minute at a good banker.
The fees, explained
Use Find a Banker in the sidebar to see every active banker on a map, filterable by Open now, Top rated, or Pays out fast. Each banker shows their physical address, ⭐ rating, average payout time, and distance from you. Bigger payouts (HTG 5,000+) work best at higher-rated bankers — they keep more cash on hand.
What to bring
The B&M cash-out is intentionally low-friction — for most withdrawals you only need:
- Your phone with the Lotri Ayiti app open to the code. The code is the only thing the banker actually needs.
- For amounts over HTG 50,000 — a government ID. Same regulatory threshold as the existing 100k payout-verification rule, scaled down because physical cash is harder to recall once it's out the door.
- Optional: cash to top up — most B&M bankers also handle deposits, so you can round-trip the same trip.
Common questions
Why two fees?
The 3% pays the banker for handling cash, counting, and keeping their physical location running. The 2% covers Lotri Ayiti's settlement, fraud monitoring, and the dispute SLA — the stuff that makes the network trustworthy. Both numbers are visible up front in the Withdraw wizard; never a surprise.
Can the fees change?
Yes — both rates are configurable by Lotri Ayiti ops to track real-world costs. The Withdraw wizard always shows the live rate before you confirm; if this article ever disagrees with the wizard, the wizard wins.
What if the banker doesn't have enough cash on hand?
It happens with bigger payouts. Ask for the code back (the banker can void it on their side) and try another banker nearby — your code stays valid for 30 minutes regardless. The map's ⭐ rating + "pays ~6 min" hint correlates with how much float a banker typically keeps.
My code expired before I got there.
Generate a new one — no charge, no penalty. Your wallet only debits when a banker actually confirms; an expired code never touches your balance.
Can I cash out to my own MonCash / Natcom instead?
Yes — digital withdrawals to MonCash, Natcom, or your bank account are instant and Lotri Ayiti takes no platform fee on those rails (the provider has its own small fee). The B&M flow exists for players who don't have a mobile money account or just prefer cash.
