How it works
Any Lotri shop can place a bet for you with just cash — no phone, no login, no wallet needed. The agent enters your numbers, draw and stake at the counter; you pay cash and walk out with a printed ticket. That ticket — the code printed on it — is your only proof of the bet and the only way anyone can ever collect its prize. Guard it like cash.
Step by step
Tell the agent which game (Pick 2, Pick 3, Pick 4, Pick 5, or Pick 2 Maryaj), which draw, and your numbers — the same games and draws as the app.
Hand over your stake. The agent enters it at the counter; you're never charged more than what you agree to.
You'll get a printed ticket with a unique code and a QR. This is the only record of your bet — it isn't tied to any account.
Keep the ticket safe. If it's lost before the draw, there's no way to recover the bet — there's no account to look it up on.
Your stake goes straight from the shop's own float into your bet — it never sits in the agent's own balance. If you win, the prize is held by the system against your ticket's code, not by the agent. The only way anyone collects it is by presenting your ticket — at a counter, or by registering and claiming it in the app.

How long is my prize good for?
Unclaimed prizes are held for a set number of months after the draw before they revert to the platform, so redeem or claim promptly — ask the shop if you're unsure.
